Arriving anywhere new by yacht always feels like a great achievement, but to arrive to another country really does take some beating! Arcarius is no stranger to crossings of the English Channel, the waters of northern Brittany and the Atlantic coast of France, a coastline that offers some of the finest technical sailing, a reliable climate, fantastic sightseeing, and excellent food of course. 

From our base nestled in the heart of Falmouth’s Carrick Roads, we’re blessed with some of the finest coastline in the British Isles right on our door step. These charters bring a real advantage to charterers that don’t want to undertake long, non-stop passages between destinations and allow for a more leisurely pace, with no need to sail for longer than 5-6 hours between most potential stopovers.

A small archipelago of seven inhabited British dependency Islands located in the English Channel off the Normandy coast of France, the Channel Islands are not only steeped in history, they also offer fantastic sailing grounds and beautiful sightseeing.
